After crossing the bridge it is hard to see where the official path goes, whereas the unofficial path appears to be the correct route

Clear evidence that wire fencing, introduced to prevent animals straying, has been peeled back

Back to the official route and the way ahead on FP 11 is not clear.

Struggling to find the official route, and fearing damaing crops, the best way is to aim for the small bushes on the far side of the field.

Between the bushes is the exit from the second field to the third

The gate for continuing along footpath 11 has grass growing up it. It appears to be little-used

Emerging from the second field and there are no clear signs as to the direction of FP 11

Aim for a manhole sticking up through the crops and keep to its left heading for a small 'V' in the treeline ahead.
